Patricia St. Germain

Patricia Dedora-St. Germain has been with the Key Program, Inc. since 1989 holding various direct care, supervisory, and management positions including the Director of Southeast and Rhode Island Operations from October of 2015 until July of 2022 when she was promoted to Key’s Chief Operating Officer.  Patricia is a licensed social worker and has a B.A. in English and Philosophy and an M.A. in Agency Counseling from Rhode Island College.
